At Norita Sun, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to offer exchanges for store credit on eligible items.
Please review our policy below to see if your purchase qualifies.

Key Return Conditions
To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, your items must meet the following criteria:
Unused & Original Condition: Items must be clean, undamaged, and completely unused.
Original Packaging: Items must be returned in their original packaging with all included parts and accessories.
Pre-Approved: Returns can only be accepted after you have contacted us and received approval.

Non-Returnable Items & Exceptions
Certain items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or converted to store credit:
Personalized & Custom Products: Any item made to order or customized.
Sale Items: Any products purchased on clearance or during a promotional sale.
Gift Cards: All gift card purchases are final.

Timeline & How to Return
Step 1: Request Your Return within 10 Days Contact us at noritasunshop@gmail.com within 10 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and the reason for the exchange.
Step 2: Ship It Back within 5 Days of Approval Once we approve your return request, you must ship the items back to us within 5 days.
Shipping Options
You are responsible for return shipping costs. You can choose one of the following methods:
Ship it yourself: Mail the package directly to us using your preferred carrier.
Request a label: We can provide you with a pre-paid USPS return shipping label for a flat fee of $10, which will be deducted from your store credit.
